This is because the inspired moment has passed, and the higher organizing principle can no longer create anything with it. For example, if you decide to go to the library on Tuesday while on Monday you could have met someone there who would gladly have bought your product from you, you will find that when you decide to go to the library on Tuesday, life might start working against you.
