I'm going to at least start working towards it, by re-introducing my old 1950s morning routine, which may be switched up with some other ancient morning routines as well as I do like some variation.
I likely have lived so many lives and I would like a bit of everything of that in my life.
So I started my day now with pulling back the sheet covers, opening the windows, and then taking a bath like they would have in the 50s.

The neighbor came by this morning totally normal again, thanking us for what we had done for him. That he had short-circuited in his brain with all the changes. He thought he would go for a walk but he fell.
I told him I could see he was very overwhelmed, that I know what it's like. 🤗 He was feeling better now. I talked to him a bit slower when introducing new topics because I noticed immediately that he had trouble processing it otherwise.
Strange that today he was doing so well, like an adult who was quite able to live alone. As yesterday I had tucked him in in bed with his stuffed turtle. 🤗 He could barely walk yesterday.
I think it was very courageous of him to come the door and thank us. Now he knows he can always come to us.

I'm glad I can wear my vintage night gown again. 🤗🌞 Now breakfast, dishes in the dishwasher, wiping the kitchen counter, sweeping the floor of the kitchen, making the bed, you iron your clothes for the day and then you get dressed for the day.
And then the morning cleaning routine begins. I know it by memory since I've done it so many times. You take a basket you go through the house as you are walking through the house putting everything that doesn't belong back in its proper place, including putting laundry in the laundry bin, making sure there's toilet paper and soap, and folding up the towels or throwing them in the laundry basket.
Then you go and swiffer the house. In the living room you spray the plants with some water or do the weekly watering of your plants if it's that day of the week, and you fluff the pillows as you are doing this. You set the table for dinner and your work is done. And usually people do a weekly chore after the daily routine is finished too.
E.g. On Thursdays we always have new groceries, so I make sure the fridge is emptied of anything that is old and is cleaned before the new groceries are being put into the fridge. And I always took out the trash on that day too. And when we still had a washing machine before the bathroom renovation, I always put a load of laundry in while I was in the bathroom during the morning routine. And I then hanged the load of laundry up on one day and I folded it up the next day after dinner.
Women in the 50s would then put on a more beautiful outfit before their partner came back home. After dinner they would get things ready in terms of preparation for next day's lunchbox too.
I used to vaccuum every day like mats one day, cat pole the next,... right before my partner came home so I would have finished then, or right after dinner.
It was a good routine to have. And I made sure all my work was done like professionally before noon, so I could do something else in the afternoon such as things I wanted to do (inspiration), and to relax too.
